Pre-offer consultations give home buyers the necessary information to make an informed decision before placing an offer on a property. These verbal-only consultations evaluate a home’s major systems and identify any potential issues. This type of walkthrough, which takes approximately an hour, is common in markets where a property may have multiple offers.
